Effective: October 16, 2026

This policy applies to the planned Google Play version of Toy Screw Workshop (Android package: www.crateblade.com) and this website.

1. Overview

Toy Screw Workshop is a single-player puzzle game. We aim to collect as little personal information as reasonably necessary. The Android project reviewed for this policy does not require an account and does not currently include a third-party advertising or analytics SDK.

This policy describes the current project state. If the released build includes additional services, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration must be updated before or when that version is distributed.

2. Information stored on your device

The game stores gameplay information locally on your device so that it can continue where you left off. This may include:

  • current and highest unlocked level;
  • virtual tool or wrench balance;
  • gift or reward state;
  • language preference and basic settings.

This local gameplay data is not an account profile and, in the current Android project, is not uploaded by us to a remote account service.

3. Network access and device permissions

The Android project declares internet, network-state, and Wi-Fi-state permissions. These allow the app to detect connectivity and support platform services that may be enabled in a distributed build. The project reviewed for this policy does not request precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs, or broad external-storage access.

Android, Google Play, the device manufacturer, or a network provider may process technical information independently under their own terms. Their processing is not controlled by this static website.

4. Advertising, analytics, and third-party SDKs

The current Android source inspected on October 16, 2026 does not integrate Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Meta/Facebook SDK, Adjust, or another third-party advertising or analytics SDK. It also does not enable Google Play Billing.

Some source variants for other distribution platforms contain optional platform sharing and rewarded-ad interfaces. Those platform-specific features are outside the scope of the planned Google Play build unless they are actually included and enabled. If advertising, analytics, billing, crash reporting, or another SDK is added to the Google Play release, we will revise this policy to identify the provider, data categories, purposes, and available choices.

5. Website data

This website is a static informational site. It does not provide accounts, forms, analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. Standard hosting infrastructure may temporarily process technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and request time for delivery, security, and reliability. Retention is determined by the hosting provider and operational configuration.

6. How information is used

Local game data is used to preserve progress, settings, and virtual tool balances. Network status is used only where needed for connectivity-aware game or distribution-platform functions. We do not sell personal information.

7. Data retention and deletion

Local gameplay data remains on the device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Android backup or device-transfer features may retain or restore some app data according to your device and Google account settings. Because the current game has no developer-operated user account, there is no separate online game account to delete.

For website server logs, deletion and retention depend on the hosting configuration. You may contact us with a privacy question using the address below.

8. Children's privacy

The planned Google Play version is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account system. The store listing's target-audience declarations must match the audience actually selected for release. If a future release is directed to children or includes children in its target audience, we will apply the additional consent, data, and advertising safeguards required by applicable law and platform policy.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information handled by the current project. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International users and legal rights

Privacy rights vary by location. Where applicable, you may ask for information about data we control or request correction or deletion. Because current gameplay records are stored locally rather than in a developer account, most gameplay-data controls are available through the device's app-storage settings.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its SDKs, distribution method, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date on this page. Material changes should be reflected in the app and store disclosures where required.
